Shopping Vila Velha opened in August 2014 and is the largest shopping mall in Espírito Santo. The development occupies 140,000 m², with 71,000 m² of gross leasable area (ABL), and has 233 satellite stores, 4,000 parking spaces, a hypermarket with 9,000 m², a food court, a pet shop, a game center, 12 megastores, 18 anchor stores, and a Gourmet Promenade.
The commercial mix includes two complete service areas and some business unique in the state, such as Carrefour Hypermarket, Decathlon, Sunglass Hut, Polo Wear, among others, as well as restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Maki Co, Zattar, and Argento Parrilla.
