Parque D. Pedro Shopping

Renovation of the largest mall in Latin America in terms of continuous area.

In 2022, Parque D. Pedro Shopping, the largest mall in Latin America in terms of continuous area, began a complete renovation to commemorate its 20th anniversary. This project is designed to bring a new vision of the mall’s original proposal, emphasizing the importance of natural light and green areas. More than 48 thousand square meters of the mall have been revitalized to offer customers transformative moments.

Inspired by the history of the Parque D. Pedro mall, the project incorporates contemporary lines of graphism, design and functionality. The entire lighting system will be renovated, creating a unique atmosphere. In addition, bathrooms will be enlarged, and entrances will be renovated, with new finishings and garden areas.

One of the project’s main highlights is the transformation of the food court into a large park, providing a versatile space for work, leisure, and even picknicks. This nature space will complement the commercial mix, providing a differentiated experience.

In October 2022, we concluded the first stage of the project, with the design of the mall area and the entrance to the Flores Sector, in addition to remodeling the façade and creation of a new court area.
