Shopping Campo Grande, the pioneer and undisputed leader in the capital of Mato Grosso do Sul, is set for a new chapter in its history of success. The mall that helped transform the region into one of the city’s most exclusive areas is now embarking on a historic expansion, solidifying its role as a true hub of transformation for the region.

The project will nearly double the mall’s size, bringing the shopping and entertainment experience to a whole new level. In total, 23,700 m² of GLA will be impacted, including 11,500 m² of redeveloped space and 12,200 m² of new additions.

As part of a successful mixed-use complex featuring residential and office buildings, a hotel, and a hypermarket, the shopping mall’s new architectural design presents a unique blend of contemporary and traditional elements.
