Franca Shopping

The first shopping mall in the São Paulo outskirts.

Franca Shopping (Franca Shopping Mall) is a pioneering shopping and entertainment center in the countryside of São Paulo. It was conceived as an open-air mall and has an iconic lake within.

It has a prime location, with easy access from Avenida Rio Amazonas and Rodovia Cândido Portinari. The mall is renowned for having good practices for the environment, safety and health.

Shopping Metrô Santa Cruz

A great location and convenience in the capital of São Paulo.

Shopping Metrô Santa Cruz is located in Vila Mariana, in the south of São Paulo. The mall is close to commercial buildings, universities, hospitals, schools, and other high-end neighborhoods. The mall, with its planned architecture, was the first in Brazil to provide direct access to a subway station, inspired by large urban centers across the world.

In addition to the direct passage to the Blue and Lilac subway lines, the shopping center is connected to the bus terminal connected to Santa Cruz Station and has a parking lot with almost a thousand spaces, offering, above all, convenience to its customers.
