At ALLOS, sustainability is a strategic pillar of our business and is embedded in every area of the company. We are committed to ensuring social and environmental responsibility across all our operations, reflecting the values that guide us and strengthen our connection with people and cities.

Our ESG strategy comes to life through Spaces that Transform, a concept that shapes our commitments across four areas: Diversity and Inclusion, Well-being and Human Development, Environmental Conservation, and Communities and Sustainable Habits. Together, these areas encompass 12 goals to be achieved by 2030, all aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Sustainability Committee oversees these commitments, ensuring that progress is continuously tracked and improvements are made in real time. We are committed to responsible growth, combining efficiency with impact reduction and value creation.

We are not just building shopping malls. We are creating spaces that welcome, nurture, preserve, and inspire growth. Places designed to promote well-being, protect the environment, and empower the communities around us.

Diversity and Inclusion

We want our shopping malls to reflect the diversity of Brazilian society. We strive to make them welcoming and accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, race, or ability.

Commitments 2030¹
  • To have 50% of the leadership positions occupied by women, with the engagement of the entire value chain.
  • To have 48% of the leadership positions2 occupied by black professionals, with the engagement of the entire value chain.
  • To obtain accessibility certification3 for 100% of the developments.
Well-being and Human Development

We are committed to the well-being of everyone who visits or works in our shopping malls. We create safe, healthy environments that inspire better experiences for both customers and employees.

  • To maintain collaborators’ engagement at 85% or higher.
  • A development plan for 100% of the collaborators.
  • To build awareness and establish actions to promote the well-being of our collaborators and customers.
Environmental Conservation

Reducing environmental impact and improving efficiency are key priorities in our sustainability journey. In the Amazon, we’re already leading the way by advancing our commitments to renewable energy, waste management, and water reuse, and strengthening our environmental leadership as we approach COP30.

Commitments 2030¹
  • To use 100% renewable energy4 by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 20405, continuously investing in energy efficiency.
  • Achieve recycling of 90% of the total waste generated by our operations.
  • To reduce the water use intensity by 5%, by implementing water reuse6 at 100% of the shopping malls.
Communities and Sustainable Habits

Our shopping malls are hubs of connection and local transformation. We promote sustainable practices among our customers and support initiatives that strengthen the communities around us.

  • To promote and create solutions for the adoption, by our customers, of circular economy and low carbon practices at 100% of the shopping malls.
  • 100% of the shopping malls supporting at least one strategic project for local development.
  • To gradually increase the number of people who benefit from the projects for local development.
